What to include in your request
• Property address or legal description, and property type• Purpose of the appraisal (lending, condemnation, review, litigation, estate, other)• For takings: the offer letter, parcel sketch or right-of-way plat, and any appraisal received• Client and intended users of the report• Any deadlines set by the lender, court, or agency
Appraisals are prepared in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and, where applicable, the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions.
